Go to profileEnrico graduated in mechanical engineering from the University of Ancona. He started his career in 1995 at Indesit where he stayed for almost 20 years taking on roles of increasing responsibility both in Italy and abroad.
In 2010 he returned to Italy, initially taking on the role of Chief Commercial Officer and finally becoming Chief Operating Officer.
In 2014 he joined Amplifon as Executive Vice President for and in 2015 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, extending his responsibility to the three regions in which the company operates.
In October 2015 the Board of Directors appointed him as Chief Executive Officer.

Go to profileFederico graduated in Business & Administration at Bocconi University of Milan.
He developed an international career in Kraft Foods - later Mondelēz International - that he joined in 1996 first in the marketing department where, in charge of iconic brands, he covered different roles with growing responsibilities. In 2006 he moved to the HQ in Zurich as Category Director Southern Europe, being in charge of different categories. In 2014 he took on the role of Managing Director Greece and Cyprus.
In March 2016 he joined the Amplifon Group as General Manager Italy to be then appointed Chief Retail Excellence Officer in January 2021.

Go to profileRiccardo graduated in computer sciences from the University of Milan.
He started his career in 1990 as a university researcher and entrepreneur.
In 1994 he joined Gruppo Mondadori. He started in the IT Division, covering various roles, until becoming Director of the Consumer & Retail, New Media and Books business units. In 2001 he was appointed General Manager of Mondadori Retail and became General Manager of Mondadori Shops in 2007.
In 2010 he joined Amplifon as general manager for Italy and, since April 2016, has taken on the role of Chief Regulatory Officer.

Go to profileFabio si è laureato in Informatica all’Università di Milano nel 2001 e ha conseguito un Executive MBA al MIP del Politecnico di Milano nel 2011. Ha iniziato la sua carriera nel 2001 come programmatore in Uniteam, entrando poi nel Gruppo Eni, dove ha lavorato più di 15 anni ricoprendo incarichi di crescente responsabilità, tra i quali Head of System and Digital Architecture. È entrato in Amplifon nel 2018 come IT Director Italia. Tre anni dopo, è stato promosso Global IT Omnichannel Program Director e successivamente Global Retail Applications & Omnichannel Senior Director, prima di diventare Chief Information Officer nel febbraio 2026.

Go to profileFederico completed his law degree at the University of Turin, holds a master's in management form Milan Politecnico and qualified as a lawyer.
He started his career in 2001, working at an international law firm and competition authority, then moved to the English law firm Allen & Ovey in 2003 in the Energy and Projects practice at their Milan and London offices.
In 2008 he entered the world of corporates, initially as General Counsel at Sorgenia and then, in 2014, as Head of Legal Affairs EMEA at Luxottica.
Federico joined Amplifon in November 2016 as Chief Legal Officer.

Go to profileHe graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pisa and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He started his career at BTicino Venezuela as Financial Controller.
In 1996 he returned to Italy and joined Boston Consulting Group where he worked up to the position of Manager and participated in numerous strategic and organizational projects for a wide range of companies in various sectors.
In 2004 he joined Piaggio as Group Controller, then becoming CFO in 2008 and General Manager Finance in 2012, contributing to the company's turnaround and transformation.
Gabriele joined Amplifon in 2017 as CFO.
Iacopo Lorenzo Pazzi

Go to profileIacopo graduated in Chemical Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome. He started his career at Fichet SA, and, in 1998, joined Procter & Gamble, where he held various positions in marketing and sales until 2016.
In 2002 he transferred to the Switzerland office as Brand Manager Laundry Southern Europe to then return to Italy in 2005, where he was appointed Commercial Associate Director Health, Beauty and Grooming. In 2013 he transferred to Kenya as Managing Director East Africa & West Africa Market Expansions.
Iacopo joined Amplifon in 2016 as Executive Vice President EMEA.
Paolo Lazzarini

Go to profileHolding a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Paolo combines an international experience in Private Equity with General Management track record as an Executive, covering Sales, Operations, as well as Corporate Development roles.
He joined Bain & Co in 2002, working across Europe and the US as a consultant, and moved in 2007 to Investitori Associati Private Equity as a Director and Operating Partner.
In 2014, he became Vice President Business Operations at Pantheon Healthcare. Three years later, he joined Metro AG as Value Creation Director, to be then appointed Global Director of Strategy – Corporate Development.
Salvatore Ricco

Go to profileHolding a master’s degree in Political Sciences from the University of Bari and in Diplomacy from the University of Padova, Salvatore started his career as Press Officer for Ketchum PR and as journalist for Il Sole 24 Ore.
From 2004 to 2009 he worked in Pirelli as Head of Corporate and Digital Press Office. In 2009 he joined CIR Group as Director of Communications and in 2017 he moved to Snam where his last position was Senior Vice President Communication & Marketing.
Salvatore joined Amplifon as Chief Communication Officer in October 2022.
Stefano Tiziani

Go to profileGraduated in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic di Milano, Stefano also earned an MBA from the China Europe International Business School.
After his studies, he joined Whirlpool, the global leader in the home appliances industry, where he worked for 20 years. He began his career as an engineer in Operations before moving into Procurement, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in Italy, Poland, Germany, China and the US.
Over the past six years, he has held executive leadership roles as VP of Procurement for the Asia region and subsequently VP of Procurement for North America, the company’s largest regional market.
