Constant value creation

Amplifon actively pursues value creation for its shareholders and distributes part of the earnings as dividends.

Dividend per share

The dividend approved by the Shareholders' Meeting for 2023 is 29 cents per share, in line with the previous year, with a pay-out of approximately 42% of consolidated net income as reported per share.

To date, we have not adopted a dividend policy.
