Compliance status

Partially compliant

This website partially complies with the requirements of appendix A of the EN 301549 standard.

Non accessible contents

Here is a list of the non-accessible content based on the guidelines and standards set forth in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA:

  • Icons, images and interactive elements are not accompanied by alternative text description that explains their purpose. Within the financial charts, the legend corresponding to the field in focus is highlighted with a color change that is too subtle. (1.1.1 Non-text Content, 1.3.3 Sensory Characteristics, 1.4.1 Use of color)
  • The videos related to the sustainability plan and the Amplifon App have no alternative media available, such as an audio description or a text transcript. (1.2.1 Audio-only and Video-only (Prerecorded), 1.2.3 Audio Description or Media Alternative (Prerecorded), 1.2.5 Audio Description (Prerecorded))
  • The site presents structural issues that may make the navigation with screen readers inconsistent. Headings don't follow a logical order, page titles can be too generic, and there is no button to skip directly to the main content of the page. (1.3.1 Info and Relationships, 2.4.1 Bypass Blocks, 2.4.2 Page Titled)
  • Resizing the screen, either by zooming in significantly or reducing the screen width, may cause content loss or make certain elements inaccessible. (1.4.4 Resize text, 1.4.10 Reflow)
  • The color used for some icons and text elements, such as the placeholder text of search bars, doesn't reach a minimum contrast level with the background. (1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum), 1.4.11 Non-text Contrast)
  • Interactive elements are not usable via keyboard. The navigation with keyboard may be inconsistent, components do not respond to standard keyboard commands, and the focus on each element is not visible.  (2.1.1 Keyboard, 2.4.3 Focus Order, 2.4.7 Focus Visible)
  • The site contains interactive elements that are not correctly interpreted by screen readers because there is a mismatch between their accessible labels and the visible text. Additionally, links with images or icons lack an appropriate textual description. (2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context), 2.5.3 Label in Name)
  • The interactivity of elements is not always clearly visually indicated. Additionally, the error status of forms is not always handled the same way across the site.  (3.2.4 Consistent Identification)
  • The website may contain text written in a foreign language that is not indicated to assistive technologies, causing problems with the pronunciation of some words. (3.1.2 Language of Parts)
  • When a subsection of the header links is opened at hover, that subsection can be dismissed only by moving the cursor away. (1.4.13 Content on Hover or Focus)
  • Interactive elements and form fields do not provide clear indications of their role or function, which may create difficulties for users relying on assistive technologies. In some cases, information is not perceivable or may be hard to understand. (4.1.2 Name, Role, Value)
