Business-to-Consumer
In APAC we address our customers directly by adopting the Business-to-Consumer model through direct points of sale comprising corporate shops or shop-in-shops and corners:
- Corporate shops are managed by Amplifon staff or non-employees who work on commission on behalf of the company
- Shop-in-shops and corners are spaces managed directly by Amplifon, but are located in third-party points of sale such as pharmacies, optical chains and medical clinics, where our hearing care specialists are seldom present

Presence in the Chinese market
In 2018 we entered the Chinese market through a joint venture and have been growing strongly since then. The hearing care market in China is a major opportunity for our medium-long term growth. Its vast size, current low penetration and highly fragmented structure contribute to estimating strong growth in the future. At the end of 2024, the network in the country exceeds 500 points of sale.

EBITDA adjusted
Adjusted EBITDA in APAC went from 97.1 million euros in 2024 to 85.9 million euros in 2025, with the margin on revenues at 24.9%.
