Our approach to sustainability
Changing people's lives, developing talent, supporting the communities in which we operate and upholding the highest regulatory, ethical and moral standards: these are the four areas of our commitment to support the creation of shared value.
the pillars of our sustainability policy
Product & Service Stewardship
For us, being a leader in the hearing care sector means always striving for excellence, offering the most advanced solutions of the highest quality and ensuring constant innovation, while always mindful of our customers' safety.
We do our utmost to attract and train the best talent by offering an informal and inclusive environment where people have a strong sense of belonging, in which they can grow personally and professionally.
The solutions we offer have an impact on the well-being of the people whose lives we change. That is why our priority is to raise awareness around the link between hearing and inclusion and to promote awareness on the importance of listening responsibly.
We respect the highest ethical and moral standards, promote an internal culture that is based on transparency, and pay attention to the environmental impact of our everyday actions.
Our corporate citizenship program
We Care, Amplifon's corporate citizenship program, which encompasses all the social impact initiatives we promote and support in the 28 countries in which we are present, comes from an awareness of the important role our company plays.
The aim of We Care is to enhance our creation of shared social and environmental value in the long term and the two cornerstones that underpin it are: Hearing and Inclusion, the distinctive element of our corporate social responsibility, and Sustainable Impact, to reduce our environmental impact and to encourage sustainable behaviors for future generations.

Our commitment in action
Hearing and Inclusion
- Enabling Participation: we facilitate the removal of barriers to enable older generations and people with hearing loss to access social, recreational and cultural opportunities.
- Diversity and Employability: we support actions to empower young people, with a particular focus on young people with hearing loss, to help them enter the labor market.
- Inclusive Community: we promote educational and awareness-raising activities around the importance of hearing health in the community, from children to seniors, to promote everybody’s inclusion.
- Sustainable consumption: we develop, both internally and in partnership with the third sector, a set of initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint and make our people aware of the impact that everybody's actions have on future generations.
