As announced by Ampliter in the press release issued on 13 June 2017, the sale through an accelerated bookbuilding process of 5,500,000 Amplifon shares, which was successfully completed on 14 June 2017 and settled on 16 June 2017, enabled Ampliter to repay a short term loan which had been granted to it by UniCredit S.p.A. in connection with the partial repayment in cash of the Ampliter bond issue 2013-2018 exchangeable for Amplifon shares.
