Amplifon informs that, in accordance with art. IA.2.1.1. of Borsa Italiana S.p.A.’s Market Rules Instructions, the date of the shares going ex-dividend (detachment of coupon n. 13) concerning the distribution of 2019 fiscal year’s earnings as a dividend is May 18^th, 2020 (record date May 19^th, 2020) to be paid as from May 20^th, 2020.

The above dates replace the ones previously published on the press release dated March 4^th, 2020, that incorrectly indicated May 21^st, 2020 as the date of dividend payment.
