2024 financial calendar

  • Thursday March 7th, 2024: Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Consolidated Financial Statements, the draft of Amplifon S.p.A.’s Financial Statements at 31 December 2023 and proposed allocation of 2023 Net Result
  • Wednesday April 24th, 2024: Shareholders’ General Meeting (Single Call) to approve Amplifon S.p.A.’s Financial Statements at 31 December 2023 and allocation of 2023 Net Result
  • Monday May 6th, 2024: Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Interim Financial Report at 31 March 2024
  • Tuesday July 30th, 2024: Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Interim Management Report at 30 June 2024
  • Wednesday October 30th, 2024: Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Interim Financial Report at 30 September 2024

On the occasion of the publication of the annual results for the year 2023, as well as the half-year and interim results for 2024, the Company will organize, in the afternoon, ad-hoc conference calls with the financial community.

In accordance with the provisions of the Italian Stock Exchange, Amplifon S.p.A. also communicates that the calendar month scheduled for the payment of any 2023 financial year dividend is May 2024. This communication is being made solely for the purpose of complying with the above requirements and has no forecasting significance as to the existence of the conditions for the dividend distribution.

Any changes occurring to the aforementioned dates will be promptly communicated to the market.
