Amplifon is a “Top Employer” in Europe, the USA and New Zealand

Certification for good practice in human resources management was confirmed for the third year running for the whole of Europe and the main countries in the region. Confirmation in the USA and certification in Canada enable Amplifon to become a Top Employer in North America too. Colombia and Panama were also certified for the first time. Confirmation also in New Zealand.

Milan, 18th January 2024Amplifon, the world leader in hearing care services and solutions, has been confirmed as a global ‘Top Employer’.

The company has, in fact, obtained international certification for good practices in the management of human resources and the work environment in Europe, North America and New Zealand. Amplifon obtained certification for the third consecutive year for the whole of Europe. In addition, the Group obtained certification for the first time for North America, thanks to confirmation in the United States and the first certification in Canada. On the American continent, Amplifon also obtained certification for the first time in Colombia and Panama. Lastly, it was confirmed as a Top Employer in New Zealand.

Regulated by the Top Employers Institute, a global authority recognising excellence for people practices and ranking more than 2,200 companies in 122 countries, the award requires companies to meet higher standard requirements in six areas (People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Well-being).
