PRIORITIES AND STAKEHOLDERS

Our stakeholders are our priority

We operate in an ever-changing and unpredictable environment with typically very high expectations from various groups of stakeholders. Involving them is, for us, a strategic decision with the aim of learning from each other and creating shared solutions.

Who are our stakeholders

We are in regular contact with key stakeholders as well as suppliers, regulatory authorities, industry and consumer associations, the health care systems of the various countries in which we operate, headhunters, academia and the media.

people with hearing loss

Our customers and potential customers. We regularly carry out customer satisfaction surveys, market research – or focus groups and individual interviews – and involve them in usability testing to optimize the service and solutions we offer.

WORKFORCE

Our people are always involved. They always have the opportunity to give feedback, participate in annual global meetings by role or area and they can make their voices heard in engagement surveys. Awards, such as the Charles Holland Award, are also an occasion to catch up with our workforce.

FRANCHISEES, AGENTS AND AFFILIATES

They are an important point of direct contact with customers, despite not being our employees. We involve them locally, by means of meetings and conventions, and through engagement surveys and focus groups, in order to identify dedicated training initiatives for them.

SHAREHOLDERS AND PROVIDERS OF CAPITAL

We collect their expectations at key meetings such as the Shareholders' Meeting, conference calls, roadshows, industry conferences or company visits organized for analysts and investors.

HEARING AID MANUFACTURERS

We organize regular business reviews and hold discussions with hearing aid manufacturers to share our customers' expectations with a view to partnership and collaboration.

The chart of our main stakeholders is structured on the basis of their dependence and influence on Amplifon.
