Enrico graduated in mechanical engineering from the University of Ancona. He started his career in 1995 at Indesit where he stayed for almost 20 years taking on roles of increasing responsibility both in Italy and abroad.
In 2010 he returned to Italy, initially taking on the role of Chief Commercial Officer and finally becoming Chief Operating Officer.
In 2014 he joined Amplifon as Executive Vice President for and in 2015 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, extending his responsibility to the three regions in which the company operates.
In October 2015 the Board of Directors appointed him as Chief Executive Officer.

She covered different and international executive roles as Product, Supply Chain and Manufacturing and CIO of the retail APAC Business. As Chief Executive Officer of LensCrafters Greater China she was responsible for all retail optical operations in mainland China, Macau and Hong Kong. Afterwards, for 2 years, she was Luxottica – President – Optical Australia & New Zealand. In 2018 she joined Laser Clinics Australia (KKR) as CEO.
She will be joining Amplifon in February 2020 as Executive Vice President APAC.
