The prize has been presented today, during a ceremony at the Quirinale Palace, to Susan Carol Holland and Franco Moscetti, respectively the Amplifon Group Chairman and CEO, to award the entrepreneurial and managerial excellence of the worldwide leader in hearing solutions.
Today, at the Quirinale Palace, the President of the Italian Republic, Giorgio Napolitano, accompanied by Luisa Todini, the President of the Leonardo Quality Committee, has handed out the 2013 Leonardo Prizes awarding entrepreneurs and people who have contributed significantly to affirming and consolidating the image of the “Made in Italy” and the quality of the “Italy System” in the world.
Amplifon, the Milan based company, worldwide leader in the distribution, fitting and personalization of hearing solutions, has received the prestigious “Leonardo Prize on Italian Quality”, awarded to companies that distinguished themselves during the year for their quality, internationalization and vocation for exportation. The award has been handed out in person by the President of the Italian Republic, Giorgio Napolitano, to Susan Carol Holland, the Group’s Chairman, and Franco Moscetti, the CEO.
“The prestigious prize received today confirms the excellence reached by our personalized service business model which has allowed Amplifon to become the undisputed world leader in the hearing care industry”, declared Susan Carol Holland.
