Amplifon, the global leading company in the hearing care industry, was included by Financial Times and Statista in the ranking of the best European companies for diversity and inclusion.

This year's edition features 850 companies with headquarters in Europe, selected based on independent surveys of more than 100,000 employees across the continent. They were given the chance to evaluate their own employer’s diversity and inclusion practices and to give their perception of those adopted by other prominent employers in their respective industries.

Amplifon is the only European company in the hearing care industry included in the ranking. As part of its Sustainability Plan "Listening Ahead", this recognition confirms its commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Moreover, Amplifon has recently consolidated its commitment to its stakeholders and at every organizational level by approving its Policy of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.
