Amplifon is a Top Employer 2025 in Europe, North America and Latin America

The company was certified for good practices in human resources management for the fifth consecutive year. The certification was obtained in 16 countries.

Amplifon also presented its new Employee Value Proposition (EVP), the set of tangible and intangible reasons that make working at the company a unique experience.

Milan, January 16th 2025 - Amplifon, the global leader in hearing care services and solutions, has been confirmed as a "Top Employer" for the fifth consecutive year for its best practices in human resources management, and has unveiled its new distinctive Employee Value Proposition, which is the set of tangible and intangible reasons that make working at the company a unique experience.

This year, the Italian multinational obtained the international certification in three regions: Europe, North America and, for the first time, Latin America. Also, Amplifon has been certified in 16 countries: Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, the Netherlands, the United States, Canada, Panama, Colombia, New Zealand, Belgium, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador and Australia. In the last five countries, the certification was achieved for the first time this year.

Amplifon also took this opportunity to officially present the new claim for its Employee Value Proposition: “Amp Up Your Career”, which testifies to the Group's commitment to attracting the best talents and enhancing their career paths.

The new EVP is the result of a company survey conducted among more than 3,000 of its employees worldwide, who were asked to describe the defining elements of their experience, first as candidates and then as Amplifon employees. “Amp Up Your Career” emphasizes the concept of growth and is inspired by the idea, which is also the basis of the Group's mission, of improving people's lives; in this case, not only the lives of customers, but also of those who work for Amplifon.

Our new Employee Value Proposition, which reflects Amplifon’s global growth trajectory in recent years, tells the story of who we are, what we offer to our candidates and employees, and, above all, what makes us unique. Today, the Group operates in 26 countries around the world with 20,300 people representing more than 100 nationalities, with an average age of less than 40. More than 70% of the company's workforce are women. The company also provides each of its employees with an average of nearly four days of training per year.

Top Employer is the official recognition of corporate excellence in policies and strategies in HR development and workplace improvement. The program, created by the Top Employers Institute, the global organization that identifies excellence in human resources management, ranked and certified more than 2,400 companies in 125 countries in 2025.
