Charles Holland Award: Amplifon awards the world's best stores
The Amplifon's Charles Holland Award, a special recognition named in memory of the company's founder, is attributed each year by Amplifon to its stores around the world which have distinguished themselves for their performance and adherence to the company's values, in particular customer devotion, the quality of service to people.
Around 50 stores in Europe and the United States were awarded the prize during the Atlantic ceremony which took place in Milan, while an edition dedicated to the Asia Pacific area will be held at the end of May in Australia. Stores from fifteen countries received awards: Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Israel, Switzerland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Poland, Hungary, United States (both franchisees and direct shops), Canada and Colombia.
The award ceremony, back in attendance after three years, was also attended by the company's top management, including President Susan Carol Holland and CEO Enrico Vita. "Our hearing care professionals and shop staff are an inspiration to the entire company, as they play an essential role in ensuring that those who come to us have the best possible experience," said CEO Enrico Vita, pointing out that last year Amplifon assisted around 1 million people worldwide.
