Amplifon was included in the ranking of 400 global companies compiled by the American magazine and Statista based on 100,000 interviews

Amplifon is one of ten companies listed in the Healthcare Equipment & Services category ranking (https://www.forbes.com/lists/top-companies-women/).
The list brings together a selection of global firms, operating in at least two continents, and is based on an independent survey of approximately 100,000 women working in multinational companies in 37 countries.
The ranking considers various elements related to equal opportunities in career paths, management attention to possible discrimination, and the reduction of the gender pay gap.
