Milano, February 6, 2025 – Amplifon, the world's leading company in hearing care services and solutions, has won the Best Performance Award 2025 from SDA Bocconi School of Management, the business school of Milan’s Bocconi University, in the “Best Performer of the Year” category.

The Best Performance Award (BPA), Sustainability for Growth is SDA Bocconi School of Management's annual event dedicated to Italian companies that stand out for growth and excellence in creating economic, technological, human, social and environmental value.

Amplifon CEO, Enrico Vita, received the prize during a ceremony held at SDA Bocconi headquarters in Milan. “We are very pleased to receive the Best Performance Award 2025, which represents a prize for the growth path undertaken by our company in recent years and, above all, an acknowledgement of the commitment of Amplifon people to the benefit of our customers and all stakeholders,” Enrico Vita commented.

Amplifon's Sustainability Plan "Listening Ahead" includes 20 goals in the areas of Product & Service Stewardship, People Empowerment, Community Impact, and Ethical Behavior. Key among them are savings of €600 million through free hearing tests by 2026, using 100 percent renewable energy by 2030, and supporting the Amplifon Foundation.

The award results from an evaluation characterized by a multidimensional analysis that considers economic and financial indicators, technological innovation, the company's ability to create internal value, and social and environmental impacts.
