Milan, January 9^th, 2025 – Amplifon (EXM; Bloomberg: AMP:IM; Reuters: AMPF.MI), the global leader in hearing solutions and services, announces that it has completed the acquisition of the entire capital of MagicSon srl and Sonar srl, companies based in Turin that own a total of 27 acoustic centres in Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta.

With this transaction, Amplifon seized the opportunity to acquire two historical companies in the area, which share a focus on service quality and whose stores have a complementary presence to the Amplifon network in the two Regions.

Founded in Milan in 1950, Amplifon operates in Italy with over 800 stores, providing hearing care services to approximately 100,000 people a year.
