Amplifon S.p.A. informs that on January 7th the independent NonExecutive Director Luca Garavoglia has submitted the resignation of his assignments as a member of the Board of Directors as well as a member of the Risk and Control, and the Remuneration and Nomination Committees with immediate effect.

Upon his resignation, Luca Garavoglia does not own any shares of the company.
