Amplifon (EXM; Bloomberg/Reuters ticker: AMP:IM/AMPF.MI), the global leader in hearing care services and solutions, announces the publication of its 2025 Sustainability Report.

Amplifon’s new Consolidated Sustainability Report, updated as of December 31, 2025, has been prepared in accordance with the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and is included in the Group’s Annual Report, which is based on the results of the Double Materiality Analysis. The Report outlines the results achieved under the second Sustainability Plan, “Listening Ahead,” launched by Amplifon in 2024 and developed in alignment with the objectives of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Among the key achievements in 2025 was a strengthened commitment to combating climate change and managing resources responsibly. In particular, the following are worth noting:

·    Validation by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) of the company’s climate strategy “Listening to our Planet,” which outlines 17 concrete actions to reduce direct greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1 and 2) by 42% and indirect emissions (Scope 3) by 25% by 2030 compared to 2023.

·    17% reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions compared to 2023, primarily due to a decrease in Scope 3 emissions.

·    Increase in electricity purchased from renewable sources, rising from 80% in 2024 to 83% in 2025.

·    ESG assessment of 100% of direct suppliers and 46% of indirect suppliers.

·    An “AA” rating in the MSCI Morgan Stanley Capital International rating and a “B” score in the CDP Climate Change questionnaire, both with scores in line with or above the industry average in key assessment areas and indicative of the Group’s growing transparency regarding ESG performance.

The report also highlights Amplifon’s ongoing investment in talent development and workplace quality. In 2025, the Group provided nearly 600,000 hours of training to its employees, underscoring the importance of professional growth and skill development.

Amplifon has also earned the Global Top Employer 2026 certification, awarded to only 17 companies worldwide. The company has been certified as a Top Employer in 20 of the 25 countries where it operates and in all three global regions – Europe, the Americas, and APAC – demonstrating the effectiveness of its HR strategies focused on employee well-being and the continuous improvement of the workplace.

Finally, Amplifon’s commitment extends to the communities where the Group operates. Among the most significant initiatives are:

·    Free hearing tests, which, between 2024 and 2025, generated total savings of 411 million euros for current and potential customers.

·    The Listen Responsibly program, which since 2020 has raised awareness among over 25 million young people under 35 about the importance of hearing prevention and responsible listening.

·    The involvement of over 7,200 employees in volunteer activities promoted by the Group’s Foundations.

Throughout 2025, Amplifon received several recognitions confirming its commitment to integrating ESG objectives into the Group’s business model and international growth strategy, thereby strengthening transparency, accountability, and the creation of sustainable long-term value. Among these, the company was named one of Europe’s Climate Leaders by the Financial Times, as well as one of the World’s Best Companies by Time Magazine and one of the World’s Top Companies for Women by Forbes. Furthermore, since 2022, Amplifon has held the Gender Equality Certification from the Winning Women Institute, a reflection of the company’s longstanding commitment to promoting and embracing diversity.

The new Sustainability Report is published in Amplifon’s 2025 Consolidated Sustainability Report, which is included in the 2025 Annual Report and available on the Group’s corporate website in the Sustainability section (https://corporate.amplifon.com/en/sustainability).
