Today the Shareholders' Meeting of Amplifon S.p.A., worldwide leader in the distribution and personalized fitting of hearing solutions, was held. During the meeting chaired by Susan Carol Holland, shareholders approved the financial statements as at December 31st, 2014 and resolved to distribute a dividend of Euro 0.043 per share, in line with the prior year.
