• Tuesday March 6th, 2018 Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Consolidated Financial Statements, the draft of Amplifon S.p.A.’s Financial Statements at 31 December 2017 and proposed allocation of 2017 Net Result
• Friday April 20th, 2018 Shareholders’ General Meeting (Single Call) to approve Amplifon S.p.A.’s Financial Statements at 31 December 2017 and allocation of 2017 Net Result 
• Wednesday May 2nd, 2018 Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Interim Financial Report at 31 March 2018 Thursday July 26th, 2018 Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Interim Management Report at 30 June 2018 
• Tuesday October 30th, 2018 Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Interim Financial Report at 30 September 2018 

On the occasion of the publication of the annual results for the year 2017, as well as the half-year and interim results for 2018, the Company will organize, in the afternoon, ad-hoc conference calls with the financial community. In accordance with the provisions of the Italian Stock Exchange, Amplifon S.p.A. also communicates that the calendar month scheduled for the payment of any 2017 financial year dividend is May 2018.
