Amplifon (EXM; Bloomberg ticker: AMP:IM), global leader in hearing solutions and services, announces it has signed an agreement for the divestment of its business in India to Hearzap (Hearing Solutions Private Limited), an operator already well-established in the Indian market.

The business in India, consisting of a network of approximately 115 direct clinics and 460 employees, generated revenues of roughly €12 million in 2025 —marginal compared to the Group’s total revenues —and had a negative impact on the Group’s EBITDA.

This transaction is another result of the in-depth strategic review of Amplifon’s business segments carried out as part of the ‘Fit4Growth’ performance improvement program. The divestment will contribute positively to the Group’s adjusted EBITDA margin, and no material non-recurring charges are expected.

The transaction is expected to be formally completed in the coming months, subject to the fulfilment of customary closing conditions.
