On the occasion of the publication of the annual results for the year 2025, as well as the half-year and interim results for 2026, the Company will organize, in the afternoon, ad-hoc conference calls with the financial community.

In accordance with the provisions of the Italian Stock Exchange, Amplifon S.p.A. also communicates that the calendar month scheduled for the payment of any 2025 financial year dividend is May 2026. This communication is being made solely for the purpose of complying with the above requirements and has no forecasting significance as to the existence of the conditions for the dividend distribution.

Any changes occurring to the aforementioned dates will be promptly communicated to the market.
