In addition to the previous five sustainability-linked credit facilities, this loan, amortizing with a 5-year term, contributes to the ongoing journey towards a further integration of ESG factors into Amplifon's business and financial strategy. The achievement of specific indicators of the Company’s Sustainability Plan will activate a margin adjustment mechanism applied to the loan.

Through this facility, characterized by particularly favorable conditions, Amplifon further strengthens its liquidity position, diversifies its sources of funding and extends the average debt maturity.
