This loan, amortizing with a 5-year term, comes in addition to the five sustainability-linked credit facilities signed by Amplifon over the last twelve months totaling 600 million euros, and contributes to the ongoing journey towards a further integration of ESG factors into the Company's business and financial strategy. The achievement of specific indicators of Amplifon’s Sustainability Plan will activate a margin adjustment mechanism applied to the loan.

Through this facility, characterized by particularly favorable conditions, the Company further strengthens its liquidity position, diversifies its sources of funding and extends the average debt maturity. Overall, the total amount of sustainability-linked financing subscribed by Amplifon exceeds one billion euros.

The financing confirms ING’s Growing the Difference strategy, which has set a goal of mobilizing €150 billion in sustainable finance globally by 2027.
