Today the Shareholders’ Meeting of Amplifon S.p.A., worldwide leader in the distribution and fitting of personalized hearing solutions, was held. During the meeting chaired by Susan Carol Holland, shareholders approved the financial statements as at December 31st, 2013 and resolved to distribute a dividend of Euro 0.043 per ordinary share.
