Amendment of the shares going ex-dividend date

Milan, March 5th, 2015 – Amplifon informs that, in accordance with art. IA.2.1.1. of Borsa Italiana S.p.A.’s Market Rules Instructions, the date of the shares going ex-dividend (detachment of coupon n.8) concerning the distribution of 2014 fiscal year’s earnings as a dividend is May 18th, 2015 (record date May 19th, 2015) to be paid as from May 20th, 2015.

The above dates replace the ones previously published on the press release dated March 3rd, 2015, that incorrectly indicated May 11th, 2015 as the date of the shares going exdividend.
