Financial calendar 2021

  • Wednesday March 3rd, 2021  - Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Consolidated Financial Statements, the draft of Amplifon S.p.A.’s Financial Statements at 31 December 2020 and proposed allocation of 2020 Net Result
  • Friday April 23rd, 2021 - Shareholders’ General Meeting (Single Call) to approve Amplifon S.p.A.’s Financial Statements at 31 December 2020 and allocation of 2020 Net Result
  • Thursday April 29th, 2021 - Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Interim Financial Report at 31 March 2021
  • Thursday July 29th, 2021 - Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Interim Management Report at 30 June 2021
  • Wednesday October 27th, 2021 - Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Interim Financial Report at 30 September 2021 

On the occasion of the publication of the annual results for the year 2020, as well as the half-year and interim results for 2021, the Company will organize, in the afternoon, ad-hoc conference calls with the financial community.

In accordance with the provisions of the Italian Stock Exchange, Amplifon S.p.A. also communicates that the calendar month scheduled for the payment of any 2020 financial year dividend is May 2021. This communication is being made solely for the purpose of complying with the above requirements and has no forecasting significance as to the existence of the conditions for the dividend distribution.

Any amendments to the above calendar will be promptly notified to the market.
