We aim at opening up new frontiers for the hearing care retail through a truly customer-centric strategy, leveraging on our key assets: our brands, our deep relationship with our customers, our data and a new compelling innovation program, thus opening new business opportunities and creating new value streams.

 

Two are the main pillars of our innovation program:

 

  • The launch of the new Amplifon product line
  • The launch of the Amplifon multi-channel eco-system

 

The Amplifon product line, developed in collaboration with multiple selected manufacturers, will allow us to:

 

  • Further strengthening our brand equity
  • Further differentiating us from competition
  • Leveraging on a complete value proposition made up by product, service and experience to drive penetration

 

Amplifon product-line, conceived around customer’s needs and benefits, includes four families of products, each of them coming together with dedicated service packages, payment formulas and a new sales experience.

 

 

 

The Amplifon multi-channel eco-system, and in particular the AmplifonAPP as first touchpoint, aims at reshaping the Amplifon experience across all the physical and virtual touchpoints, offering new value-added services, increasing at the same time data generation and customer satisfaction.

 

 

The launch of Amplifon product-line and Amplifon APP kicked-off in Italy in May 2018 and from 2019 the roll-out will continue in other core Countries.
