The APAC region, where Amplifon counts on over 1,900 people, is a consolidated and growing market that comprises Australia, New Zealand, India and China. In Australia, Amplifon has a distinctive, highly productive retail model, in which call centers play also a central role. In New Zealand, Amplifon has adopted a dual-brand strategy, combining Bay Audiology, a well-recognized hearing care customer brand and Dilworth, a specialty brand with a “medical” identity. In India, also following Bloom Senso acquisition in 2017, Amplifon is a leading player in a still highly-fragmented market. In 2018, Amplifon entered in the attractive and fast-growing Chinese market as well.
