Amplifon is our flagship global brand and it’s the name we operate under in Italy, Belgium, Egypt, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the UK. Founded by the Englishman, Charles Holland in 1950 in Milan, Italy, Amplifon was the very first dedicated hearing care business. Since then, Amplifon has been bringing the joy of sound back to millions of people.
Established in 1910 and part of Amplifon since 2001, Beter Horen is the Netherlands’ leading hearing expert.
MiniSom, part of the Group since 2017, is the brand we operate under in Portugal.
Amplifon Medtechnica Orthophone
Having joined Amplifon in 2014, Amplifon Medthechnica Orthophone leads the hearing care services industry in Israel, and is also focused on research and development.
Maxtone, part of the Group since 2012, is the brand we operate under in Turkey. Maxtone offer innovative hearing solutions across its network of stores located in the country’s major cities.
Miracle-Ear is the number one hearing care brand and a household name in North America. This success has been achieved in no small part thanks to the constant attention to customer satisfaction in its over 1.200 franchised stores. Miracle-Ear was founded in 1948 and has been a part of Amplifon since 1999.
Elite Hearing Network
The Elite Hearing Network was founded in 1998. Currently the largest hearing care network in the United States, it serves over 1,700 affiliates and continuously supports them to grow more successful practices at the same time as protecting their independence. It also provides its affiliates with actionable business intelligence tools, streamlined purchasing, and 360° business support.
Amplifon Hearing Health Care
Amplifon Hearing Health Care has operated across the United States for the last twenty years – initially as HearPO – connecting people with hearing loss who hold an affiliated medical insurance with the best hearing care providers.
National Hearing Care
With over 230 stores located in metropolitan cities and regional towns all across the country, National Hearing Care is Australia’s leading independent provider of hearing services.
Bay Audiology is the leading audiology service provider in New Zealand with over 81 stores and 25 service points nationwide – twice as many as the second provider in the industry.
Acquired in 2015, Dilworth Hearing is well known in New Zealand for providing diagnostic and rehabilitative care. It operates under a medical model through strong working relationships with GPs and ENTs.
Acquired in 2018, GAES is the leader in hearing solutions in Spain and is also present in Portugal, Andorra and six other Latin American Countries (Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Panama, Colombia and Mexico).
